The perfect introduction to yoga for those with limited mobility or those suffering from ongoing injuries (clearance to exercise from your doctor is required). In our gentle hatha class poses will be held for a shorter length of time.
We will also focus on poses that will strengthen the areas most affect by injury (back, neck, knees etc) as well as stretches to increase your mobility and range of motion. All of the gentle Hatha class can be completed either free standing/seated, using a chair for balance or whilst seated a chair.
