HOT YOGA CLASSES

Level: Mixed

Price: £7

Duration: 1 Hour

What is Hot Yoga?

Hot yoga describes yoga that's done in a room heated to between 35 and 40 degree Celsius with 40% humidity. Although this may sound intimidating if you’re a yoga novice we promise it’s suitable for people of all abilities.

We are lucky to have a large studio, this means that different parts of the room are different temperatures. For your first few weeks, you can start out in our slightly cooler spots as you work your way up to being in the full heat.

So if you're looking for hot yoga classes in Newport, Blackwood or Newbridge checkout our timetable to see when you can stop buy. You can see our studio drive times below.

Relaxing with the heat. Can be more challenging than regular Hatha as your brain tries to cope with the addition of heat.

The heat! Love the heat and it helps you with stepper stretches. The relaxation at the end is like lying on a beach with your eyes closed

The class pace is excellent, feels like a workout BUT controlled and within my capability.
