What to expect
This 6-week course will look at 6 different meditation techniques. The wide range of meditation techniques aims to find a technique to suit everyone. The classes will take place on Sunday afternoons, 6-7pm.
Each class will be one hour long and will include yoga as well as the meditation techniques. The length of the meditation section will vary depending on the style but will also build up throughout the course as you become more used to meditating for longer periods of time.
Week 1 - Meditating on your breath
Week 2 - Meditating on a sound
Week 3 - Meditating on an object
Week 4 - Guided visualisation
Week 5 - Meditating on movement
Week 6 - Meditating on awareness
