What to expect
Our meditation class is a mixture of 3 gentle yin style poses and 3 meditation techniques. Each class will start with a gentle warm up, followed by a pose then a meditation technique and so on.
Poses are held for around 5 minutes and each meditation technique is practiced for around 10 minutes. This class is suitable for anyone - even if you've never done any meditation before. The meditation techniques we practice include: guided imagery, sound meditation and moving meditation to name a few.
