A 6 week yoga course for toning and strengthening your legs, glutes and abs. 

This course is suitable for all - beginners to advanced yogis (aged 16+) and can be adapted to suit individual needs. 
 

Walk in spaces are available - no need to book just come along. £8/class PAYG.
